1. The service
SignCraft is web-based quoting, job, proof, and invoicing software for sign shops, available at signshopcraft.com. It helps shops price work from a catalog, send branded quotes, run production with artwork proofs, and record invoices and payments.
SignCraft is business software, not professional advice. Prices, margins, taxes, and totals are calculated from the rates and settings you enter. You remain responsible for your quotes, invoices, customer communications, and compliance with applicable law.
2. Agreement and authority
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using SignCraft, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use SignCraft for a shop or company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that shop or company to these terms.
3. License
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use SignCraft for your shop’s internal business purposes. You do not acquire ownership of the software, the SignCraft name, or any related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or provide the service to third parties as a hosted product of your own, except as we expressly allow in writing.
4. Accounts and access
Sign-in is through Google. Access is limited to Google accounts that the shop owner has authorized. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another shop’s data.
We may limit, suspend, or end access for operational, security, or legal reasons. Where practical, we will notify the shop contact before doing so.
5. Billing
The prices shown on the site (39, 59, and 89 U.S. dollars per month) are the published plan prices. Plans are billed monthly. Prices may change with notice as described below.
No subscription charge will begin until you choose a plan and provide payment details through our payment processor. When billing is enabled, payments will be processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. Customer deposits and invoice payments recorded inside SignCraft are tracked by the shop; they are not automatically charged through SignCraft unless a separate payment feature is clearly offered and you enable it.
6. Your content
You own the shop data you submit: customers, products, quotes, jobs, proofs, invoices, payments, branding, and settings. You grant us a license to host, process, transmit, and display that data only as needed to provide and secure the service — including sending email and SMS to your customers when you initiate those actions, and syncing to QuickBooks Online if you connect your own company file.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your rates and documents, for having a lawful basis to contact your customers, and for the content of proofs and messages you send.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use SignCraft to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages; to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; to upload malware or abusive content; to probe or disrupt the service; or to violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
8. Third-party services
SignCraft relies on third-party providers, including Google Firebase (authentication, hosting, database, storage, functions, analytics, and push messaging), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS, when used), Google Maps / Places (address autocomplete), Intuit QuickBooks Online (only if you connect it), and Stripe (when subscription billing is enabled). Their availability and terms affect the service.
A quote or invoice marked sent is recorded in SignCraft even if a delivery provider later reports a bounce or failure. Check delivery status in the product when a customer says a message did not arrive.
9. Availability and changes
Features may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Export a backup before major changes or if you rely on the data for your records. We may modify the service or these terms; material changes will update the date above, and we will notify shops by email where practical. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific legal, tax, or accounting requirement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost work, lost data (beyond our obligation to provide the export tools we ship), or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for SignCraft in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using SignCraft at any time. Request account closure by email and we will delete the shop’s records from the live database, subject to backup retention on our providers’ normal schedules and to data we must keep by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (including license restrictions, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
