Features

Everything from the first measurement to the last payment.

Six parts of a sign shop's week: the price book, the quote, the follow-up, the job, the proof and the invoice. SignCraft owns all six, and each one is written for signs rather than a generic service business.

01 · Price book

A price book, not a price memory.

Every quote line starts from a product. Set a rate per square foot, a flat price, or an hourly rate, then attach the substrates and finishings you actually sell.

  • 15 starter products across 6 categories, loaded in one click
  • Substrates and finishings priced per item
  • Margin per line, checked against a 30% threshold by default
  • Duplicate a product and change the one rate that differs

02 · Quotes

Quotes that look like your shop.

Your logo, address, terms, tax label and quote prefix. The PDF and the customer page both use them, so nothing looks like it came from a different company.

  • Branded PDF typeset from the stored quote
  • A public approval link on every send, rotated when you resend
  • Validity, tax and terms carried automatically
  • Templates for the quotes you write every week

03 · Follow-ups

Follow-ups that send themselves.

Three triggers, each with its own editable template: a check-in a few days after sending, a warning before the quote expires, and a reminder after an invoice is due. Pause one quote without turning the system off.

  • Email from your shop identity, through Resend
  • SMS follow-ups when Twilio is connected
  • Pause and resume per quote
  • A log of what was sent, to whom and when

04 · Jobs & proofs

Jobs that match the floor.

Five stages, a due date and a checklist. The labels are editable, because every shop names them differently.

  • Design → Production → Install → Ready → Done
  • Proofs uploaded once and approved with a timestamp
  • Overdue jobs flagged on the dashboard
  • Convert an approved quote in one step

05 · Invoices

Invoices, deposits and the awkward middle.

Take 50 percent up front, or any percentage. The deposit invoice scales the quote lines, the balance stays connected to the quote, and partial payments are recorded against it.

  • A deposit invoice created from the quote in one step
  • Partial payments with a running balance
  • Due dates and an overdue reminder that repeats
  • Same branding as the quote, on the PDF and the email

06 · Data & access

Your data, portable.

Push customers, invoices and payments to QuickBooks Online, or take the CSV. Take a full JSON backup whenever you want. Access is a Google account the owner has approved.

  • QuickBooks Online connection, with a sandbox mode
  • QuickBooks-ready CSV export
  • Full JSON backup and restore
  • Light and dark themes, comfortable or compact density

  • What SignCraft does not do.

Four things people assume a shop tool includes. None of them is here yet, and pretending otherwise wastes your afternoon.

    Payroll and bank reconciliation

It is not accounting software. It pushes customers, invoices and payments to QuickBooks Online and exports CSV.

Online card payments from your customers

Payments are recorded against invoices, not collected. Your customer still pays by your existing method.

A native iOS or Android app

It is a web app designed phone-first, so it runs in the browser on the floor and in the office.

    A CSV product import

You can load the 15-product starter catalog and edit it, or add products one at a time. Full backups are JSON.

If one of these is the reason you are looking, tell us. It is more useful than pretending it exists.

See it with your own rates.

Sign in with Google. Load the catalog, change the rates to yours, and put a real quote through it.
